Passengers flying with Aegean Airlines are required to complete check-in procedures before departure in order to obtain their boarding pass and proceed through security and boarding.

Online Check-in

Online check-in is available via the airline’s website and mobile app. Passengers can check in from 48 hours before departure. Check-in closing times depend on the route and departure airport. Boarding passes can be downloaded or issued in mobile format, depending on the departure location.

Airport Counter Check-in

Check-in counters are available at all airports served by Aegean Airlines. Counters open approximately 2 hours before departure for domestic flights and 2 to 3 hours before departure for international services. Check-in closes 30 to 60 minutes prior to scheduled departure, depending on the route and airport. Passengers must present valid travel documents at the counter.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected airports, including Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos. These kiosks allow passengers to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes where available.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must notify the airline in advance. Assistance services are arranged at the airport to support boarding, disembarkation, and transit where required.
