Passengers traveling with Aegean Airlines who lose personal belongings can receive assistance in recovering them. Lost property may occur on board the aircraft or within airport facilities, and passengers should report missing items as soon as possible.

Reporting Lost Items

Passengers must report lost items to Aegean Airlines directly or to airport staff at the arrival airport. Reports should include the flight number, travel date, and a detailed description of the item to ensure it can be properly identified and recovered.

Onboard Items

Items left on board Aegean Airlines flights are collected by the airline’s cabin crew or ground operations team. Providing the seat number, flight information, and any distinguishing details of the item helps the airline locate it more efficiently.

Checked Baggage Issues

If checked baggage is delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers should report the issue immediately at the airline’s baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued with a reference number for tracking and claim purposes. Passengers must keep the PIR until the matter is resolved.

Item Collection

Recovered items can be collected at the airport or through Aegean Airlines’ ground operations team. Passengers must present valid identification and, if applicable, the PIR reference number. Items not collected within the airport’s holding period are transferred to the airline’s central lost and found, and collection must be coordinated directly with Aegean Airlines.
