Major Airlines » Air Arabia » Check-in
Passengers traveling with Air Arabia can complete check-in through online
services, airport self-service kiosks where available, or staffed airport
counters. These options allow travelers to obtain boarding passes, confirm
travel details, and complete the necessary pre-departure process before
proceeding to security screening and boarding.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Air Arabia offers online check-in through its official website and mobile
platform for eligible flights. Passengers can enter their booking details,
confirm passenger information, choose available seats if offered, and download
or print their boarding passes. Online check-in helps reduce time spent at the
airport and allows travelers with cabin baggage only to proceed directly to
security screening when airport procedures permit.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports served by Air Arabia.
These kiosks allow passengers to retrieve booking records, print boarding
passes, and in some cases confirm or update seat assignments. Travelers with
checked baggage may still need to proceed to the designated bag-drop counter
after using the kiosk.
Airport Counter Check-in
Air Arabia provides airport counter check-in for passengers who prefer in-person
assistance or who require document verification. Counter services support
boarding pass issuance, baggage acceptance, travel document inspection, and
assistance with booking-related inquiries. Passengers traveling with checked
baggage, special travel documents, or itineraries requiring additional
verification may complete check-in at the airport counter.
Special Assistance
Air Arabia provides special assistance for passengers who require support during
the check-in and boarding process. This may include help for travelers with
reduced mobility, elderly passengers, unaccompanied minors, and those requiring
wheelchair services. Requests for assistance should be communicated to the
airline in advance so arrangements can be made in accordance with airport and
operational requirements.
