» Lost and Found
Passengers who lose personal property while traveling with Air Arabia can report
the matter through the appropriate airline or airport channel, depending on
where the item was misplaced. The process differs for items left inside the
aircraft cabin, property lost within the airport terminal, and baggage-related
missing articles. Accurate reporting supports identification and return
procedures.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Personal belongings left in the aircraft cabin, seat pocket, overhead
compartment, or lavatory are handled through Air Arabia’s station services or
the ground handling team at the arrival airport. Once cabin cleaning or
post-flight inspection is completed, recovered items are recorded and stored
according to local airport handling procedures.
Items Lost at the Airport
Property misplaced in check-in areas, security screening zones, boarding gates,
lounges, immigration halls, or public terminal spaces falls under the
responsibility of the airport authority or its designated lost property office.
Air Arabia does not manage items lost in these airport-controlled areas unless
they are later transferred to the airline by airport staff.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Items missing from checked baggage, baggage delivery issues, or baggage not
received on arrival are handled through the airline’s baggage services or the
airport’s baggage tracing desk. Passengers may be required to present baggage
tags, boarding passes, and identification when submitting a report relating to
checked baggage matters.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers should report the lost item as soon as possible with a clear
description of the article, travel date, flight number, arrival airport, and
contact details. Information such as color, brand, identifying marks, and the
location where the item was last seen supports the tracing process.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are returned according to the procedures of the airline station
or airport authority holding the property. Collection may require identity
verification, proof of ownership, and compliance with local storage or courier
arrangements.
Passenger Advice
Passengers should check the seat area, overhead locker, and baggage claim area
before leaving the airport. Travel documents, medication, valuables, and
electronic devices should be kept in personal custody throughout the journey.
