Passengers travelling with Air Cairo must complete check-in procedures before
departure and obtain a valid boarding pass prior to proceeding through security
and boarding.
Online Check-in
Air Cairo provides online check-in for
eligible scheduled flights. Online check-in opens 24 hours before the scheduled
departure time and closes 4 hours before departure through the
airline's website.
Online check-in is available only for passengers holding a confirmed
electronic ticket and valid travel documents. The service is not available for
passengers requiring special assistance, unaccompanied minors, stretcher cases,
passengers travelling with pets, or travellers with certain special service
requests.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport
check-in counters are available at all airports served by Air Cairo. For
international flights, counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60
minutes before departure. For domestic flights, counters open 2 hours before
departure and close 30 minutes before departure.
Passengers must present
valid travel documents, including any required visas, at check-in. Travellers
who have completed online check-in and are travelling with checked baggage must
complete baggage acceptance before the applicable counter closing time.
Self-Service Kiosks
Air Cairo does not publish a
self-service kiosk check-in programme as part of its standard check-in options.
Passengers may complete check-in online or at airport counters where available.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring wheelchair
assistance, medical support, or other special services must notify Air Cairo
before travel. These passengers are required to complete check-in at the
airport, where assistance will be provided in accordance with the services
requested and approved by the airline.
