Air Caraïbes Check-in Information

Passengers travelling with Air Caraïbes can complete check-in online before departure or at the airport. A valid boarding pass and required travel documents must be presented before proceeding through security and boarding.

Online Check-in

Air Caraïbes offers online check-in for flights operated by the airline. Online check-in opens 48 hours before scheduled departure and remains available until 1 hour before departure for regional flights and 1 hour 30 minutes before departure for transatlantic flights. Passengers can obtain and print their boarding pass or save it to a mobile device after completing the check-in process.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all airports served by Air Caraïbes. For transatlantic flights, check-in counters open 4 hours before scheduled departure. Passengers travelling with checked baggage must complete baggage drop and check-in formalities before the applicable check-in deadline. Valid travel documents, including passports and any required visas, must be presented at the counter.

Self-Service Kiosks

Air Caraïbes does not provide self-service check-in kiosks as part of its standard check-in process. Passengers who are unable to check in online may complete check-in at the airport counter.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including travellers with reduced mobility, medical conditions, visual or hearing impairments, or those requiring wheelchair services, should notify Air Caraïbes when making their reservation. Assistance is provided at the airport and throughout the journey in accordance with the passenger's declared needs. Travellers requiring assistance are required to present themselves at the airport within the check-in timeframes specified by the airline.
