Passengers flying with Air Europa must complete check-in procedures prior to
departure to obtain their boarding pass and proceed through security and
boarding.
Online Check-in
Air Europa provides online check-in via
its
official website and mobile platform. Online check-in opens 48 hours before
scheduled departure for most flights and 24 hours before departure for flights
to and from the United States. Passengers can select seats and obtain a digital
or printable boarding pass.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by
Air Europa. Counters open at least 2 to 3 hours before scheduled departure,
depending on the airport and route. Check-in closing times are set at 60 minutes
before departure for long-haul flights and 45 minutes before departure for most
short- and medium-haul flights. Passengers must present valid travel documents
at the counter to receive their boarding passes if they have not checked in
online.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in
kiosks are available at selected airports, including
Adolfo
Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport. These kiosks allow passengers to check in,
select seats, and print boarding passes where available.
Special
Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including
those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must notify Air Europa in
advance. Assistance services are coordinated at the airport to support boarding,
disembarkation, and transit as required.
