Air Moana Check-in Information

Passengers travelling with Air Moana are required to complete check-in before departure and obtain a boarding pass prior to boarding their flight. The airline offers both online and airport check-in options for eligible passengers.

Online Check-in

Air Moana provides online check-in from 30 hours up to 1 hour before the scheduled departure time. Passengers can complete check-in through the airline’s website and download or print their boarding pass.

Online check-in is not available for passengers travelling in groups or on charter flights, unaccompanied minors, passengers travelling with pets or service animals, and passengers requiring mobility or disability assistance.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all airports served by Air Moana. Check-in counters open 1 hour and 30 minutes before departure and close 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers must present valid identification and any required travel documents when checking in at the airport.

Passengers who have completed online check-in and are travelling with checked baggage must still visit the airline’s check-in counters to drop off their luggage before proceeding to the boarding gate.

Self-Service Kiosks

Air Moana does not operate self-service check-in kiosks. Passengers requiring airport check-in must complete the process at staffed check-in counters.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or specific medical requirements, must notify Air Moana before travel. These passengers are required to complete check-in at the airport, where assistance will be provided by airline staff.
