Passengers travelling with Air Rarotonga are required to complete check-in procedures before departure in order to receive their boarding pass and proceed to security screening and boarding.

Online Check-in

Air Rarotonga does not provide an online check-in service for scheduled passenger flights. Passengers must complete check-in at the airport before departure.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in is available at Air Rarotonga service counters at the departure airport. Passengers are required to present valid travel documents and any applicable travel requirements during the check-in process. Boarding passes are issued upon successful check-in.

For international departures from Rarotonga, check-in closes 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers are advised to arrive at the airport with sufficient time to complete check-in, baggage processing, security screening, and immigration formalities.

Self-Service Kiosks

Air Rarotonga does not operate self-service check-in kiosks. All passengers must check in at the airline’s airport counter.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including mobility support, medical assistance, or other accessibility services, should contact Air Rarotonga before travel. Advance notification enables the airline to arrange appropriate assistance and support throughout the journey.
