Passengers flying with Air Serbia are required to complete check-in procedures
before departure to obtain their boarding pass and proceed to security screening
and boarding.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is available for Air
Serbia flights via the airline’s
website and mobile platform. It opens 48 hours before scheduled departure
and closes 1 hour before departure. Passengers can select seats, enter travel
document details, and download or print their boarding passes. For flights to
the United States, online check-in may be restricted, and passengers may be
required to complete document verification at the airport.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available
at all airports served by Air Serbia. Counters open at least 2 hours before
departure for short- and medium-haul flights and 3 hours before departure for
long-haul flights. Check-in closes 45 minutes before departure for most European
and regional flights, and 60 minutes before departure for long-haul flights,
including services to the United States. Passengers must present valid travel
documents at the counter.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are available at
Belgrade Nikola
Tesla Airport. These kiosks allow passengers to check in, select seats, and
print boarding passes for eligible flights. Availability may vary depending on
the departure airport.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility
or medical conditions, must notify Air Serbia in advance of travel. Assistance
services are provided at the airport, including support during check-in,
security screening, and boarding procedures.
