Passengers traveling with Air Serbia who lose personal belongings can request
assistance in locating and recovering their items. Lost property may occur on
board the aircraft or within airport facilities, and reports must be submitted
to the appropriate authority depending on where the item was misplaced.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must report lost items
as soon as possible after arrival. Items lost on board Air Serbia flights should
be reported directly to the airline or its ground handling agent. Items lost
within the airport terminal must be reported to the airport’s lost and found
office. Reports must include flight details, travel date, and a clear
description of the missing item.
Onboard Items
Items left on board Air Serbia aircraft are collected by the airline or its
contracted ground handling agents after each flight. Passengers must provide
details such as seat number, cabin class, and a description of the item when
submitting a report. Recovery and handling of items are managed through the
airline’s lost property process.
Checked Baggage Issues
For delayed, lost, or damaged checked baggage, passengers must report the
issue immediately upon arrival at the airport baggage service counter. A
Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued with a reference number for
tracking. Baggage tracing is conducted through the airline’s tracking system,
and passengers must retain the PIR reference for follow-up and claims
processing.
Item Collection

returned through the airport or handling agent where the item was located.
