Passengers flying with Air Vanuatu are required to complete check-in procedures before departure in order to receive their boarding pass and proceed through security screening and boarding.

Online Check-in

Air Vanuatu offers online check-in through its official website. Online check-in opens 24 hours before scheduled departure and closes 6 hours prior to departure. Passengers can check in using their booking reference and last name. Passengers travelling with checked baggage must present themselves at the airport check-in counter 2 hours before departure. Passengers travelling with infants are required to complete check-in at the airport counter.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available throughout the Air Vanuatu network. Passengers must present valid identification and any required travel documents before receiving their boarding pass. Passengers travelling with checked baggage must complete baggage acceptance procedures at the airport prior to departure.

Self-Service Kiosks

Air Vanuatu does not provide self-service check-in kiosks at its airports.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including mobility support, medical assistance, or accessibility services, should contact Air Vanuatu before travel. Advance arrangements enable the airline and airport personnel to provide the required assistance throughout the journey.
