Passengers flying with Binter Canarias must complete check-in procedures before departure in order to obtain their boarding pass and proceed to security screening and boarding.

Online Check-in

Online check-in is available through the airline’s website and mobile platforms. The service opens 7 days before the scheduled departure time and remains available until 30 minutes before departure for most flights. Passengers can select seats and obtain a digital or printable boarding pass.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Binter Canarias, including Gran Canaria Airport. Counters open 2 hours before scheduled departure. Check-in closes 30 minutes before departure for inter-island flights and 50 minutes before departure for international services. Passengers must present valid travel documents at the counter to receive their boarding passes and check baggage.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected airports within the Canary Islands. These kiosks allow passengers to check in, select seats, and print boarding passes.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must notify the airline in advance. Assistance services are coordinated at the airport to support boarding, disembarkation, and transit requirements.
