Passengers traveling with Bulgaria Air can complete check-in through online
services or at airport counters. These options allow passengers to obtain
boarding passes and complete pre-departure procedures before proceeding to
security screening and boarding.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is available via the
airline’s
official website. The service opens 24 hours before scheduled departure and
closes 2 hours prior to departure. Passengers who complete online check-in can
download or print their boarding passes. Checked baggage must be dropped off at
designated airport counters before the check-in deadline.

Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available at all
departure airports served by Bulgaria Air. Counters open 2 hours before
scheduled departure and close 40 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights
and 60 minutes prior to departure for international flights. Passengers must
present valid travel documents to receive their boarding passes and complete
check-in procedures.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected airports, including
Vasil Levski Sofia
Airport. Passengers can use kiosks to check in and print boarding passes
where available.
Special Assistance
Passengers
requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical
conditions, must notify the airline in advance. Assistance is provided at the
airport based on prior arrangement to support passenger needs throughout the
check-in and boarding process.
