» Lost and Found
Citilink provides structured procedures for passengers who have misplaced
belongings during their journey.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items found inside the aircraft cabin are collected by cleaning crews and handed
over to the airline’s ground staff. These items are recorded and stored at the
arrival airport.
Items Lost at the Airport
Lost items within terminal areas, including waiting lounges and security zones,
fall under the responsibility of airport authorities. Passengers must contact
the airport’s lost property office for assistance.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Missing checked baggage is handled through the airline’s baggage services team.
Passengers must file a report immediately upon arrival if baggage does not
appear at the claim area.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers can report lost items through Citilink’s customer service channels or
at airport service counters. Accurate details such as flight number, date, and
item description are required.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period. Passengers must present valid
identification and proof of ownership when collecting belongings.
Passenger Advice
Passengers are advised to retain boarding passes and baggage tags, and to verify
personal belongings before leaving the aircraft or terminal.
