Passengers travelling with Corsair who misplace personal belongings can request assistance to recover their items. Lost property may occur on board the aircraft or within airport premises. Passengers must report missing items through the appropriate channel based on where the loss occurred.

Reporting Lost Items

Passengers must contact the relevant airport lost and found office if items are lost within the terminal, including security areas, boarding gates, or public spaces. For items left on board Corsair flights, passengers must submit a lost item request through Corsair’s customer service channels, providing flight number, travel date, seat number, and a detailed description of the item.

Onboard Items

Items left on board are collected by ground handling teams after each flight and transferred to the designated airport lost property service. Item tracing is conducted using the information provided by the passenger. Recovery is arranged once the item is identified and matched.

Checked Baggage Issues

Passengers must report delayed, missing, or damaged checked baggage immediately upon arrival at the baggage service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued with a reference number for tracking. All follow-up, tracking, and claims processing are managed using this reference. Claims for baggage issues must be submitted within the time limits defined under international air transport regulations.

Item Collection

Recovered items are returned through the airport lost and found office or the assigned handling agent. Passengers must present valid identification and supporting references, including the PIR when applicable. Collection methods and timeframes are coordinated directly with the handling office responsible for the item.
