Passengers travelling with DAT (Danish Air Transport) must complete check-in
before departure in order to receive a boarding pass and proceed through
security and boarding.
Online Check-in
DAT provides online check-in for
eligible flights. Passengers can complete check-in via the
official DAT
website or mobile access.
Online check-in opens 22 hours before
scheduled departure and closes up to 2.5 hours before departure. Availability
depends on the departure airport and route.
Passengers who complete
online check-in may proceed directly to security and boarding with their
boarding pass, where applicable.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by
DAT, including
Copenhagen Airport and other network stations.
Passengers must
present valid travel documents at the airport check-in counter if online
check-in is not completed or not available. Check-in deadlines are determined by
the operating airport and handling provider for each flight.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are not
available for DAT-operated flights. Check-in is completed via online channels or
airport service counters.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including reduced mobility or medical
assistance, must inform DAT prior to travel. Assistance is coordinated with
airport ground handling teams to support the check-in, boarding, and arrival
process.
