Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Passengers who have left items on board the aircraft can submit a lost item report through the airline’s website or contact the airline’s customer service team. The report requires details such as the flight number, travel date, seat number, and description of the lost property.

Items Lost in the Airport Terminal

Lost items within the airport terminal are managed by the airport’s lost property office. This includes items misplaced at security screening areas, boarding gates, lounges, or baggage claim areas. Passengers may contact the airport authority for assistance with these items.

Lost or Delayed Checked Baggage

Passengers who cannot locate their checked baggage after arrival must report the issue at the airline’s baggage service desk in the arrival hall. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued to begin tracing the missing baggage.

Passengers should provide the following information when submitting a lost item report:

• Passenger name and contact information
