EVA Air provides a Lost and Found service to help passengers report and trace
lost belongings - whether the item was left onboard, at the airport, or
misplaced at another point in the journey.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items discovered onboard are collected after arrival and transferred to ground
staff. Each item is logged and stored at the arrival airport.
Items Lost at the Airport
Lost items within airport premises are handled by airport authorities.
Passengers must contact the airport’s lost property office.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Missing baggage must be reported immediately at the baggage services counter. A
report is created and the airline initiates tracing through its tracking
systems.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers may report lost items through airline customer service or airport
offices. Accurate flight and item details are required.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored for a limited period and released upon verification
of identity and ownership.
Passenger Advice
Passengers are advised to secure personal belongings, retain baggage tags, and
verify items before leaving the aircraft.
