Passengers flying with Fiji Airways are required to complete check-in procedures
before departure in order to receive their boarding pass and proceed through
security and boarding formalities. Fiji Airways offers online, mobile, and
airport check-in options for eligible flights.
Online Check-in
Online check-in is available through the
Fiji Airways website and mobile app for most international and domestic
flights. Passengers can check in from 48 hours up to 4 hours before scheduled
departure. Eligible passengers may download or print their boarding pass after
completing check-in. Online check-in may not be available for passengers
requiring document verification, special assistance, or travelling on certain
international itineraries.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available at all airports served by Fiji
Airways and Fiji Link. For international flights, counters open 3 hours before
departure and close 1 hour before scheduled departure. For domestic Fiji Link
services, check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. Passengers must present
valid travel documents, including passports and visas where required, during
check-in.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service
check-in kiosks are available at selected airports, including
Nadi International
Airport for eligible Fiji Airways flights. Kiosk services allow passengers
to check in and print boarding passes before proceeding to bag drop counters if
required.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring
special assistance, including wheelchair support, medical assistance, or
additional travel support, must notify Fiji Airways in advance of travel.
Assistance services are provided at the airport and during boarding for eligible
passengers. Unaccompanied minor services are also available on selected routes
subject to airline conditions and advance arrangements.
