Passengers traveling with FitsAir who lose personal belongings can receive assistance in recovering their items. Lost property may occur on board the aircraft or within airport facilities, and passengers should report any missing items promptly to ensure proper handling.

Reporting Lost Items

Passengers must notify FitsAir or airport staff at the arrival location if items are misplaced during travel. Reports should include flight information, travel date, and a detailed description of the item to assist in identification.

Onboard Items

Belongings left on the aircraft are collected by FitsAir or its ground handling agents. Passengers are encouraged to provide the seat number and any other relevant details to help locate items efficiently.

Checked Baggage Issues

For checked baggage that is delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers should report the matter at the airline’s baggage counter immediately upon arrival. FitsAir will issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a reference number, which is required for tracking and submitting claims. Passengers should keep the PIR until the issue is resolved.

Item Collection

Recovered items are available for collection at the airport or with the handling agent. Passengers must present identification and, if applicable, the PIR reference number. Items not collected within a specified period may be transferred to FitsAir’s central lost and found facility, and collection must be coordinated directly with the airline.
