Passengers travelling with FlyArystan must complete check-in before departure and obtain a valid boarding pass to proceed through security screening and boarding procedures.

Online Check-in

FlyArystan offers online check-in through its official website and mobile app. Online check-in opens 30 days before departure and closes 40 minutes before departure for domestic flights and 60 minutes before departure for international flights.

For flights to and from China, online check-in opens 10 days before departure. For flights to and from Turkey, online check-in opens 24 hours before departure.

Passengers who complete online check-in for domestic flights can use their digital boarding pass to proceed directly to security screening if they are travelling without checked baggage.

For international flights, boarding passes are issued free of charge at the airport check-in counter after verification of travel documents. Passengers must present the required travel documentation before receiving their boarding pass and proceeding to departure formalities.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in services are available across the FlyArystan network. For domestic flights, check-in and baggage drop counters open 2 hours before departure and close 40 minutes before scheduled departure. For international flights, counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before scheduled departure.

Airport check-in is a paid service. Passengers are encouraged to complete check-in online before arriving at the airport.

Self-Service Kiosks

FlyArystan provides self-service check-in through iJan terminals at selected airports in Kazakhstan. Passengers can use these terminals to complete check-in and print boarding passes where available. Use of iJan terminals is subject to applicable service charges.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including travellers with reduced mobility, medical conditions, or other accessibility requirements, must notify FlyArystan before travel. Certain passenger categories requiring special services may not be eligible for online check-in and must complete check-in at the airport. Assistance is provided in accordance with the passenger's confirmed service request.
