Passengers travelling with flydubai must complete check-in procedures prior to
departure in order to obtain their boarding pass and proceed through security
and boarding.
Online Check-in
flydubai provides online check-in via
its
website and mobile app. Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure and
closes 75 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers who complete
online check-in can download or print their boarding pass. Those with checked
baggage must proceed to the bag drop counter at the airport.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available
at all flydubai departure airports. Counters open 3 hours before scheduled
departure and close 60 minutes before departure. Passengers must present valid
travel documents at the counter to receive their boarding pass and check in
baggage if required.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected airports, including
Dubai International
Airport Terminal 2. Passengers can use kiosks to check in, select seats, and
print boarding passes where available.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced
mobility or medical conditions, must notify flydubai in advance. Assistance
services are arranged at the airport based on prior notification to support
passenger needs.
