Passengers traveling with Flynas can complete check-in conveniently via online
platforms, airport self-service kiosks, or staffed check-in counters. These
options allow travelers to obtain their boarding passes and fulfill all
necessary pre-departure formalities before proceeding to security screening and
boarding.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Flynas provides online and mobile check-in through its official website and
mobile application. Passengers can access their booking using a reservation
reference, confirm flight details, select preferred seats, and download or print
boarding passes. Digital boarding passes are accepted at supported airports,
allowing direct access to security for passengers without checked baggage.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports within the Flynas
network. These kiosks allow passengers to check in, update seat assignments, and
print boarding passes. Some kiosks also support baggage tag printing, enabling
passengers to proceed directly to baggage drop counters.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available for document verification, baggage
acceptance, and special service requests. Passengers must present valid travel
documents, including passports and visas where required. Counters close
according to the airline’s check-in deadlines, and late arrivals are not
accepted for boarding processing.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including wheelchair services, medical
clearance, or support for unaccompanied minors, must report to airport counters.
Advance notification through Flynas customer service is required for certain
services. Airport staff coordinate assistance from check-in through boarding to
