Reporting Lost Items

Passengers traveling with Flynas who misplace personal belongings must notify Flynas or airport staff at the arrival location promptly. Reports should include flight information, travel date, and a detailed description of the lost item to assist in accurate identification and retrieval.

Onboard Items

Items left on board the aircraft are collected by Flynas cabin crew or its ground handling agents. Passengers are encouraged to provide the seat number, flight details, and any distinguishing features of the item to facilitate efficient recovery.

Checked Baggage Issues

For checked baggage that is delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers should report the matter immediately at the airline’s baggage service counter upon arrival. Flynas will issue a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) with a reference number, which is essential for tracking the baggage and submitting claims. Passengers should retain the PIR until the issue is fully resolved.

Item Collection

Recovered items may be collected at the airport or directly from the handling agent. Passengers must present valid identification and, where applicable, the PIR reference number. Items not collected within a designated period may be transferred to Flynas’ central Lost and Found facility, and passengers will need to coordinate directly with the airline for retrieval.

Flynas prioritizes the prompt handling of lost items to minimize passenger inconvenience and ensure belongings are returned safely. Timely reporting and detailed information significantly improve the chances of recovering lost property, allowing travelers to continue their journey with confidence and peace of mind.
