Passengers travelling with FlyOne must complete check-in prior to departure to
obtain a boarding pass and proceed through security and boarding procedures.
Online Check-in
FlyOne offers online check-in for its
scheduled flights. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 4
hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers can select seats and
generate a digital or printed boarding pass. Travellers with checked baggage
must proceed to the designated bag drop counter at the airport.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available
at all FlyOne departure airports. Counters open 3 hours before the scheduled
departure time and close 60 minutes before departure. Passengers are required to
present valid travel documents to complete check-in and obtain their boarding
pass.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service check-in
kiosks are not provided for FlyOne flights. All check-in services at the airport
are conducted at staffed counters.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced
mobility or medical conditions, must inform the airline in advance. Assistance
is arranged at the airport based on the submitted request.
