Greater Bay Airlines Check-in Information

Online Check-in

Greater Bay Airlines provides online check-in through its official website. Online check-in opens 48 hours before scheduled departure and closes 90 minutes prior to departure. Passengers who complete online check-in can obtain their boarding pass, subject to travel document verification where required.

Airport Counter Check-in

Check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Greater Bay Airlines. Counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure and close 60 minutes prior to departure. Passengers must present valid travel documents at the counter to complete check-in and obtain their boarding pass if not already issued.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are not available for Greater Bay Airlines flights.

Special Assistance

Passengers in need of special assistance, including individuals with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must contact Greater Bay Airlines in advance. Airport assistance will be provided accordingly.
