If passengers lose personal belongings while travelling with Greater Bay Airlines, assistance is available to recover the items. Lost property can occur on board the aircraft or within airport facilities, and passengers must report missing items promptly for proper handling.

Reporting Lost Items

Passengers should contact Greater Bay Airlines or airport staff at the arrival location if an item goes missing. The report must include flight details, travel date, and a clear description of the item to help locate it.

Items Left on the Aircraft

Belongings left on the aircraft are collected by Greater Bay Airlines or its ground handling team. Passengers should provide their seat number and any relevant details to facilitate recovery.

Checked Baggage

For checked baggage that is delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers must report the issue at the airline’s baggage counter immediately upon arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued, which includes a reference number required for tracking and claims. Passengers must keep the PIR until the matter is resolved.

Collecting Recovered Items

Recovered items can be collected at the airport or through the handling agent. Passengers must present valid identification and, if applicable, the PIR reference number. Items not collected within the airline’s collection period are transferred to Greater Bay Airlines’ central Lost and Found, and arrangements for retrieval must be made directly with the airline.
