Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Passengers must report missing items by providing flight information, travel date, seat reference, and item details.

Items Lost at the Airport

Airport lost property offices manage items left in terminals, including security areas and boarding zones.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report missing baggage at the airline’s service counter. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) record is created to initiate tracing.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must submit:

• Contact information
• Flight and date details
• Travel route
• Item description
• Seat reference if applicable

Recovery and Collection

Passengers are contacted upon recovery of items. Identification is required for collection.

Passenger Advice
