Iberia handles lost property inquiries for items misplaced during travel. Items
may be left in aircraft cabins or airport areas. Reports can be made through
airline channels or airport lost property offices.

date, seat reference, and item details.
Items Lost at the Airport
Airport lost property offices manage items left in terminals, including security
areas and boarding zones.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers must report missing baggage at the airline’s service counter. A
Property Irregularity Report (PIR) record is created to initiate tracing.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must submit:
• Contact information
• Flight and date details
• Travel route
• Item description
• Seat reference if applicable
Recovery and Collection
