Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Passengers must submit a report including flight number, date, seat location, and item description to initiate a search.

Items Lost at the Airport

Lost items within terminals are handled by airport lost property offices, including items left at security, gates, and lounges.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report missing checked baggage at the arrivals desk. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) file is created to track the baggage.

Reporting a Lost Item

Passengers must provide:

• Name and contact details
• Flight and travel date
• Route information
• Description of the item
• Seat location if applicable

Recovery and Collection

Passengers are notified if items are recovered. Identification is required for release or delivery.

Passenger Advice

Passengers must review cabin and storage areas before leaving and retain possession of personal belongings throughout travel.
