» Lost and Found
Passengers travelling with La Compagnie who lose personal belongings can request
assistance to recover their items. Lost property may occur on board the aircraft
or within airport facilities, and reports must be submitted promptly to support
identification and handling.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must notify La Compagnie
or the airport’s lost property office at the arrival airport if items are
misplaced during travel. Reports must include flight details, date of travel,
and a clear description of the missing item.
Onboard Items
Items left on board are collected by the airline’s ground handling agents
after arrival. Passengers must provide their seat number and relevant flight
information when submitting a report to assist with item identification.
Checked Baggage Issues
For delayed, lost, or damaged
checked baggage, passengers must report the issue at the airline’s baggage
service counter immediately upon arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR)
is issued with a reference number for tracking and claims processing. This
document must be retained until the case is resolved.
Item
Collection
Recovered items are returned through the airport’s
handling agent or designated collection point. Passengers must present valid
identification and any reference documentation, including the PIR if applicable.
Unclaimed items may be transferred to the airport’s lost property office or the
handling agent’s storage facility, and collection arrangements must be
coordinated directly.
