Passengers traveling with Malaysia Airlines can check in using online services,
airport self-service kiosks, or staffed counters at the airport. These options
allow passengers to secure boarding passes and complete pre-departure
requirements prior to security screening and boarding.
Online / Mobile Check-in
Malaysia Airlines provides online and mobile check-in from 48 hours up to 90
minutes before departure. Passengers can select seats and access digital or
printed boarding passes.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at selected airports for boarding pass and
baggage tag printing.
Airport Counter Check-in
Counters open 3 hours before international flights and 2 hours before domestic
flights. Counters close 60 minutes before domestic departures and 90 minutes
before international departures. Bag-drop counters are available for passengers
who check in online.
Special Assistance
Special assistance counters support passengers with medical conditions, reduced
mobility, and other specific requirements. Dedicated services are also available
for premium passengers.
