» Lost and Found
Passengers who lose personal items during travel with Myanmar National Airlines
should report the loss at the arrival airport as soon as possible. Items may be
misplaced on board the aircraft or within airport facilities.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must notify Myanmar
National Airlines staff or the airport baggage service counter if an item is
lost. Reports should include flight number, date of travel, and a detailed
description of the lost item to assist in identification and recovery.
Checked Baggage Issues
For checked baggage that is
delayed, damaged, or unaccounted for, passengers must report the issue at the
baggage service counter upon arrival. The airline will issue a Property
Irregularity Report (PIR) or baggage claim reference number for tracking and
follow-up. Passengers should retain this reference until the matter is resolved.
Item Collection
Recovered items may be held by the
airline’s ground handling agent or the airport lost-and-found office at the
destination. Passengers must contact the appropriate office to determine where
the item is held. Identification and, if applicable, the PIR reference number
must be presented to collect recovered items.
