Passengers flying with Nile Air are required to complete check-in procedures
before departure in order to receive their boarding pass and proceed through
security and boarding formalities.
Online Check-in
Nile Air provides online check-in for
selected scheduled flights through its
website and mobile check-in platform. Online check-in opens 24 hours before
scheduled departure. Passengers can select seats and download or print their
boarding passes before arriving at the airport. Online check-in availability
depends on the departure airport and route.
Airport Counter
Check-in
Airport check-in counters are available at all Nile Air
departure airports. Check-in counters open 3 hours before scheduled departure
and close 60 minutes before departure for international flights. Passengers must
present valid travel documents during check-in.
Self-Service
Kiosks
Nile Air does not publish self-service kiosk check-in
services across its network. Passengers requiring boarding passes or baggage
drop services must proceed to the airline’s airport check-in counters.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special
assistance, including wheelchair support or medical assistance, must notify Nile
Air before travel. Assistance services are coordinated at the airport following
advance notification and confirmation by the airline.
