Online Check-in

Online check-in is available for all Norwegian Air Shuttle flights via the airline’s website and mobile app. Check-in opens 48 hours before scheduled departure. Passengers can select seats, add baggage, and download or print their boarding passes. Mobile boarding passes are accepted at most airports.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Norwegian Air Shuttle. Counters open 2 hours before departure and close 45 minutes before departure for most flights. Passengers who require document verification, are travelling with infants, or need special services must check in at the counter. Valid travel documents must be presented to receive a boarding pass.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected airports, including Oslo Gardermoen Airport. Passengers can use kiosks to check in, print boarding passes, and in some cases print baggage tags before proceeding to bag drop counters.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must notify Norwegian Air Shuttle in advance. Assistance services are coordinated at the airport to support boarding, disembarkation, and transit through the terminal.
