» Lost and Found
Passengers traveling with Norwegian Air Shuttle who lose personal belongings can
request assistance to locate and recover their items. Lost property may occur on
board the aircraft or within airport facilities, and reports must be submitted
to the appropriate authority based on where the item was misplaced.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must report lost items
as soon as possible. Items left on board must be reported directly to Norwegian
Air Shuttle. Items lost within airport terminals must be reported to the
airport’s lost and found office, including at
Oslo Gardermoen
Airport. Reports must include flight details, travel date, and a detailed
description of the item.
Onboard Items
Items left
on board the aircraft are collected by ground handling agents operating the
flight. Passengers must provide the flight number, seat number, and a clear
description of the item when submitting a report. Retrieval is arranged after
the item is located and verified.
Checked Baggage Issues
For checked baggage that is delayed, lost, or damaged, passengers must
report the issue immediately at the airline’s baggage service counter before
leaving the airport. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued with a
reference number required for tracking and claims processing.
Item Collection
Recovered items are returned through
coordination with Norwegian Air Shuttle or the airport’s lost property office.
Passengers must present valid identification and supporting documentation,
including the PIR reference number for baggage-related cases.
