Passengers who misplace personal belongings while traveling with Paranair must report the loss promptly at the arrival airport. Items may be left on board the aircraft or within airport terminals.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items found on Paranair aircraft are collected after each flight and documented by ground personnel. These items are transferred to the airline’s handling office for storage.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced in terminal areas, including at Silvio Pettirossi International Airport, are managed by airport authorities. Passengers must report directly to airport Lost and Found services.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report missing baggage at the arrival counter before leaving the airport. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued to begin tracing procedures.

Reporting a Lost Item

Reports require flight details, baggage identification, and a clear description of the item. Accurate information is used to match found items with reported cases.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are held at designated offices. Passengers must present identification and reference documentation to claim property.

Passenger Advice

Passengers are advised to secure personal belongings and verify baggage upon arrival. Early reporting supports tracking processes.
