Passengers who misplace personal belongings while traveling with Pakistan International Airlines must report the loss immediately at the arrival airport. Items may be left on board the aircraft or within airport terminal areas.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Items left on PIA aircraft are collected by cabin crew and transferred to the airline’s handling office at the arrival airport. Records are maintained for identification and retrieval.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within airport facilities, including at Jinnah International Airport, are managed by airport Lost and Found departments. Passengers must contact the airport authority directly.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report missing or delayed baggage at the arrival hall. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued to initiate tracing through the airline’s system.

Reporting a Lost Item

Reports require flight information, baggage tag numbers, and a detailed description of the missing item. Documentation is used for verification.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are stored at designated offices. Passengers must present identification and report references to claim items.

Passenger Advice

Passengers are advised to keep baggage tags and verify belongings before leaving the airport. Timely reporting supports recovery efforts.
