Saudia assists passengers with the recovery of personal belongings lost during travel. Items may be left onboard the aircraft, within airport premises, or at airline service points. Passengers can report such cases through the airline’s customer service or the airport’s designated lost and found office.

Items Left on Board the Aircraft

Cabin crew collect unattended items after each flight. These items are handed over to ground staff and recorded for storage and identification.

Items Lost at the Airport

Items misplaced within airport facilities are handled by the airport’s lost property office. Passengers must contact airport authorities directly for such cases.

Baggage-Related Lost Property

Passengers must report delayed or missing baggage at the baggage services desk. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued and used to track baggage through the airline’s system.

Reporting a Lost Item

Lost items must be reported at the airport or through the airline’s official communication channels. Reports must include travel details and a description of the item.

Recovery and Collection

Recovered items are stored at designated locations. Passengers are notified once identification is verified. Collection requires valid identification and supporting documentation.

Passenger Advice

Passengers must keep baggage tags and boarding passes. Important items must remain in carry-on baggage. Reporting must be completed without delay to support recovery.
