Online Check-in

SCAT Airlines offers online check-in through its official website. Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and is available until 1 hour before the scheduled flight departure. Passengers travelling with hand baggage only may proceed directly to security and passport control after obtaining their boarding pass.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in services are available at all SCAT Airlines departure airports. For international flights, check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Passengers must present valid travel documents and any required visas during check-in.

Self-Service Kiosks

SCAT Airlines does not provide self-service check-in kiosks across its network. Passengers requiring airport check-in should proceed to the airline’s designated check-in counters.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including wheelchair support, medical assistance, or assistance for passengers with reduced mobility, should notify SCAT Airlines in advance of travel. Airport assistance services can be arranged prior to departure to ensure a smooth travel experience.
