» Lost and Found
Scoot provides support for passengers who misplace items during their journey.
Belongings may be left on the aircraft, inside airport terminals, or at airline
counters. Passengers can submit reports through official airline channels or
contact airport authorities for assistance.
Items Left on Board the Aircraft
Items left onboard are collected after arrival by ground staff. These items are
transferred to the handling team for logging and storage.
Items Lost at the Airport
Items lost within airport terminals are managed by the airport’s lost property
office. Scoot does not retain items lost outside the aircraft.
Baggage-Related Lost Property
Passengers must report missing baggage at the airport baggage services desk. A
Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued for tracking within the system.
Reporting a Lost Item
Passengers must submit reports at the airport or through official channels.
Flight details and item descriptions are required for identification.
Recovery and Collection
Recovered items are stored at designated locations. Passengers are informed once
items are identified. Collection requires proof of identity and ownership.
Passenger Advice
Passengers must retain travel documents and baggage receipts. Valuable
belongings must be carried onboard. Immediate reporting supports the tracing
process.
