Online Check-in

Passengers flying with Singapore Airlines can check in online from 48 hours up to 1.5 hours before departure for most flights. During online check-in, travelers can confirm or change their seat selection, add their frequent flyer details from KrisFlyer, and download a mobile or printable boarding pass.

Passengers travelling with checked baggage must drop off their luggage at the airport baggage drop counter before the check-in deadline. Online check-in may not be available for itineraries where the first flight is operated by a partner airline.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service kiosks are available at many airports across the airline’s network, including its main hub at Singapore Changi Airport. These kiosks allow passengers to check in, print boarding passes, and generate baggage tags. After tagging their luggage, passengers can proceed to automated baggage drop counters.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters open about 3 hours before departure for international flights. Check-in closes around 60 minutes before departure, depending on the airport and destination.

Passengers should arrive at the airport 2 to 3 hours before international flights to allow sufficient time for baggage drop, security screening, and immigration procedures.

Important Reminders

Online check-in may not be available if the first flight in the itinerary is operated by another airline.

Mobile boarding passes are accepted at many airports, though some destinations still require printed boarding passes.
