Passengers traveling with Solomon Airlines who lose personal belongings may seek assistance through the airline or the relevant airport authority. Lost items may include belongings left on board the aircraft, within the terminal, or items associated with checked baggage.

Reporting Lost Items

Passengers should report lost property as soon as possible after discovering that an item is missing. Reports should include the passenger's name, flight number, travel date, contact information, and a detailed description of the item. Lost items left within airport terminals may be handled by the airport's lost property office.

Onboard Items

Items left on board Solomon Airlines aircraft are collected by cabin crew or ground handling personnel after the flight. Passengers should contact Solomon Airlines and provide details such as the flight number, travel date, and seat number to assist with identification and recovery.

Checked Baggage Issues

Passengers must report delayed, missing, or damaged checked baggage to the airline's baggage services desk immediately upon arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) will be issued for delayed or missing baggage. The PIR reference number is required for baggage tracing and any subsequent claims.

Item Collection

Recovered items may be collected from the airport or designated handling agent after ownership has been verified. Passengers must present valid identification and any relevant reference documentation, including a PIR number for baggage-related cases. Collection arrangements are coordinated directly with Solomon Airlines or the relevant airport authority.
