» Lost and Found
Passengers who lose belongings or face baggage delivery difficulties while
traveling with SpiceJet can report the issue via the airline or airport Lost and
Found facilities.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must inform SpiceJet or airport representatives at the arrival
airport regarding lost belongings. Reports must include flight details, date of
travel, and a detailed description of the item to ensure accurate identification
and processing.
Onboard Items
Items left on SpiceJet aircraft are retrieved by cabin crew or ground staff
during aircraft checks after landing. Providing seat assignment, flight
information, and item details supports recovery efforts.
Checked Baggage Issues
Passengers must report baggage issues at the airline’s baggage service counter
upon arrival. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued with a tracking
number. Passengers must keep the PIR for follow-up and claims processing.
Item Collection
Recovered items can be collected from the airport or arranged for delivery
through the airline’s handling team. Passengers must provide identification and
relevant report details to claim their belongings.
