Passengers who lose personal items or face baggage delivery concerns while
traveling with SunExpress can notify the airline or airport Lost and Found
offices for assistance.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must report lost belongings to SunExpress or airport representatives
at the arrival airport. Reports must include flight details, travel date, and a
clear description of the item to support identification and recovery.
Onboard Items
Items left on SunExpress flights are collected during aircraft checks conducted
after arrival. Providing seat details, flight information, and item
characteristics supports the search process.
Checked Baggage Issues
Passengers must report baggage issues at the airport baggage service counter
immediately after arrival. A Property Irregularity Report is issued with a
reference number for tracking and claims. This document must be retained until
resolution.
Item Collection
Recovered items can be collected at the airport or delivered through
arrangements coordinated by SunExpress. Passengers must present valid
identification and relevant report documentation when claiming items.
