application. Check-in opens 23 hours before departure. Passengers can select
seats, confirm travel details, and obtain boarding passes for mobile or printed
use.
Self-Service Kiosks
Self-service kiosks are available at major airports within the SWISS network.
Passengers can check in, print boarding passes, and tag baggage before
proceeding to bag drop counters.
Airport Counter Check-in
Airport counters provide comprehensive check-in services, including travel
document verification, baggage handling, and issuance of boarding passes.
Dedicated counters are available for premium passengers and Miles & More
members.
Special Assistance
Passengers requiring special assistance, including reduced mobility support,
medical needs, or unaccompanied minor services, must check in at airport
