» Lost and Found
Passengers who misplace personal belongings or encounter baggage-related issues
while traveling with SWISS can report the matter through the airline or the
airport’s Lost and Found services.
Reporting Lost Items
Passengers must report missing items to SWISS or airport staff at the arrival
airport. Reports must include flight number, date of travel, and a detailed
description to ensure accurate identification and tracking.
Onboard Items
Items left on SWISS aircraft are collected during post-flight inspections
carried out by cabin crew and ground teams. Providing seat number, flight
information, and distinguishing details supports recovery efforts.
Checked Baggage Issues
Passengers must report delayed, missing, or damaged baggage at the airline’s
baggage service counter before leaving the arrival area. A Property Irregularity
Report is issued with a tracking reference, which must be retained for
follow-up.
Item Collection
Recovered items are available for collection at the airport or through delivery
arrangements coordinated by SWISS. Passengers must present valid identification
and the report reference when claiming their belongings.
