Passengers travelling with Transavia must complete check-in before departure to obtain their boarding pass and proceed through security and boarding procedures.

Online Check-in

Online check-in is available via the airline’s website and mobile platform. Check-in opens 30 hours before scheduled departure and remains available until 4 hours before departure. Passengers can download or print their boarding pass after completing check-in.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Transavia. Counter opening and closing times vary by airport and flight. Passengers who have not checked in online can complete check-in at the airport and receive their boarding pass. Valid travel documents must be presented at the counter.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are available at selected airports. Passengers can use kiosks to check in, print boarding passes, and in some cases print baggage tags, depending on airport facilities.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must notify the airline in advance. Assistance is provided at the airport in coordination with airport services to support boarding and arrival procedures.
