Passengers travelling with Transavia who lose personal belongings can request assistance to recover their items. Lost property may occur on board the aircraft or within airport facilities. Passengers must report missing items through the appropriate service provider based on where the item was lost.

Reporting Lost Items

Items lost on board Transavia flights must be reported via Transavia’s lost property channels or through the relevant handling agent. Items lost within the airport terminal must be reported directly to the airport’s lost and found service. Reports must include flight details, travel date, and a detailed description of the item.

Onboard Items

Items left on board the aircraft are collected by Transavia or its ground handling partners. Passengers must submit a report through the appropriate lost property channel. Providing the seat number and item details supports identification and recovery.

Checked Baggage Issues

Passengers must report delayed, lost, or damaged checked baggage immediately at the arrival airport baggage service desk. A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) is issued with a reference number for baggage tracing. Baggage status is tracked through the tracing system linked to the PIR.

Item Collection

Recovered items are returned through the airport or handling agent responsible for the location where the item was found. Collection procedures depend on airport and handling agent regulations. Passengers must present valid identification and any relevant reference number. Items are stored for a limited period in accordance with applicable airport or handling agent policies.
