Online Check-in

Turkmenistan Airlines does not provide online check-in for its passenger services. All passengers must complete check-in in person at the airport.

Airport Counter Check-in

Airport check-in counters are available at all departure airports served by Turkmenistan Airlines, including its hub at Ashgabat International Airport. Passengers are required to arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before the scheduled departure time. Check-in is conducted exclusively at airport counters, where passengers must present valid travel documents to obtain their boarding passes and check in baggage.

Self-Service Kiosks

Self-service check-in kiosks are not available for Turkmenistan Airlines flights.

Special Assistance

Passengers requiring special assistance, including those with reduced mobility or medical conditions, must inform Turkmenistan Airlines in advance. Assistance is provided at the airport upon prior notification to support passenger handling and boarding procedures.
